6.3.5.1 Ad cuts for two reels

If a program is allocated to two reels because it is too long for one asset, you may also create ad cuts for these two reels. Here, it is necessary to regard whether there is a cut between the two reels or whether both reels follow upon one another seamlessly.

In the latter case it is necessary to utilize the Continue flag: If the program should be divided intro 2 segments, while a reel change is required within the second segment, it is important to activate the Continue flag. In addition, the second reel needs to be selected as the next edit position. Now both reels follow upon each other without break, and there is one ad cut.

The flag can also be activated for cuting off black frames between two segments. Within the planner, they will still be seen as two seperated segments.
