License

The subjects of a contract are the usage rights, represented by the licenses. A license is a usage right which is structured according to its rights territory, rights category and license period. A license always refers to a program, a trailer or a series episode (licensing a series can only be done by licensing each program episode to an individual license).

Licenses cannot stand alone. They always refer to a contract and can only be generated or edited via the superordinate contract.
