Programs and episodes have versions that can be created, edited, and deleted. Series, on the other hand, access finished versions of programs and cannot be edited.

The input options for creating programs are very extensive. In this chapter, you will find all available options organized in tables. The "Action" column provides instructions for entering information. "Visibility in Preview" shows you whether the information you provide will be visible in the program preview. "Required" indicates that an input is required to save the program.

	Version	When the program information is saved for the first time, at least one version is automatically generated. One version is created from the title. This is the "Title Version." If text was also entered under "Original Title," an "Original Title Version" is also created. All information about the input options for version can be found here: → see “ Version information ”
	Edit version	To edit a version, click on the pencil icon . → see "Edit/delete version"	-	-
	Delete version	Click on the preview of the version you want to delete. The selected version will now be outlined in red , and the " Delete Version " button will appear. Click the button. → see "Edit/delete version"	-	-
Channels	Add channel	Use the drop-down menu to select a channel. An instance will be created for each selection.	-	-

Series information

When creating a new series or editing stored information, extensive input options are available. In the Content app, information about the series, including its seasons and episodes, can be edited under "Create New Series" or using the "Edit Series" function. For clarity, we have listed the three interconnected areas separately here: Series, Seasons, Episodes.

Version information

Here you will find information about the input options

		function	Visible in preview
Version- information	title	The title of the version with the symbol (T) is dynamically set as the program title. Conversely, program title changes are also dynamically changed in the title of the version (T).
Frame type	Drop-down menu
Reference number	Manual number assignment or numbers managed in the reference numbers area with a check mark next to the main number are adopted dynamically. Click on "Refresh" icon → Previous number will be restored

Age rating	Drop-down menu Only the version with the status "Original Version" (OT) determines the age rating of the sports program
Version title*	title	The title does not determine the version title, only if Main Title is checked. Multiple titles make it easy to change the version if necessary.
