    Scheme

    Side menu

    1. Show valid schemas

    Click the toggle
    → Invalid schemas are no longer displayed

     
     

    2. Create program schema

    1. Create schema

    1. name
      1. Click in the input field “Name”
      2. Enter a name
    2. Private schema (optional)
      Click the toggle “Private Schema”
      → The schema becomes a private schema; private schemas are only visible to the creator of the schema
    3. Validity for channel(s)
      Defines for which channel the schema is valid, or whether the schema is valid for all channels.
      “No selection” means all channels.
      1. Click on
        → A dropdown menu with channels opens 
      2. Click on an entry in the drop-down menu
        → The channel is selected, the dropdown menu is closed
    4. Weekly schedule (default)
      Click the radio button “Weekly schedule”
      → The schedule becomes a “weekly schedule” (duration 7 days)
    5. Custom
      Custom schemes can have any number of days
      1. Click the radio button “Custom”
        → The schema becomes a custom schema
      2. Click in the input field Number of days and enter a number
        → The custom scheme has a length given by the number of daysStartday
    6. Start day
      Click on
      → A dropdown menu with weekdays opens 
      1. Click on a weekday in the dropdown menu
        → The day of the week is selected
    7. Start time
      Enter a start time
    8. End times
      Enter a time for the end time
    9. Save
      Click on
      → The schema is created and the wizard closes.
    10. Cancel
      Click on
      → The process is aborted, the wizard closes
     
     

    2. Edit schema

    1. Double-click a scheme in the side menu
      → The side menu displays the options Name and valid for, from and to 

      1. Change name
        Click in the Name input field and enter the new name for the schema
        → The name of the schema is renamed
      2. Change validity
        1. Click on
          → A dropdown menu with possible channels opens
        2. Click on a channel in the drop-down menu
          → The validity for the schema is set to the channel
      3. Change scope
        1. Click in the date input field (From) or on the icon

          → A date picker opens

           
           
          1. Click on a field
            → The date is selected, the date picker closes
          2. Click on
            → The previous month is displayed
          3. Click on
            → The following month is displayed
          4. Click on
            → The current day is selected, the date picker closes
          5. Click on
            → The date picker closes, the date field allows direct entry of the date 
          6. Click on
            → The date picker closes
            → The start date of the scheme is renewed with the selected date
        2. Click in the date input field (To) or on the icon 

          → A date picker opens

           
           

          1. Click on a field
            → The date is selected, the date picker closes
          2. Click on
            → The previous month is displayed
          3. Click on
            → The following month is displayed
          4. Click on
            → The current day is selected, the date picker closes
          5. Click on
            → The date picker closes, the date field allows direct entry of the date 
          6. Click on
            → The date picker closes
            → A date picker opens
            → The end date of the scheme is renewed with the selected date
    2. Finish editing slot
      Click on
      → The side menu display switches back to the schemes.
     
     
     
     

    3. Show/hide side menu

    Click on

    → The side menu is closed/opened

     
     

    Slots

    1. Delete slot type

    1. Move the mouse over the symbol
      → The Symbol turns orange
    2. Click the symbol
      → The content will be removed Dialog will be displayed 
    3. Confirm/Cancel
      1. Click on
        → The dialog will no longer be displayed; the content will be removed
      2. Click on
        → The dialog will no longer be displayed; the content will not be removed
     
     

    2. Edit slot type

    1. Move the mouse over the symbol
      → The symbol turns orange
    2. Click the symbol
      → The Edit Slot Type dialog is displayed 
    3. Edit name
      1. Click in the input field Name
        → The current name is released for editing
      2. Customize the name
    4. Edit genres
      1. Click on the Icon on the Genres drop-down menu
        → A dropdown menu with genres opens 
      2. Click on one of the genres
        → The genre is selected; the dropdown menu closes
    5. Edit grid
      1. Click on the Icon on the grid drop-down menu
        → A dropdown menu with the available grids opens 
      2. Click on an entry in the dropdown menu
        → The grid is selected; the dropdown menu closes
    6. Program type
      1. Click on the Symbol on the program type drop-down menu
        → A dropdown menu with the available grids opens 
      2. Click on an entry
        → The program type is selected; the dropdown menu closes
    7. Slot color
      1. Click on the color wheel
        → The color picker opens
      2. Select a color range in the color band on the right in the color picker
      3. Click on a color in the color picker
        → The color is selected; the color picker closes
    8. Save/Cancel
      1. Click on
        → The dialog is no longer displayed; the updates are applied
      2. Click on
        → The dialog is no longer displayed; the updates are not applied
     
     

    3. Add slot type

    1. Click on
      → The Add Slot Type dialog is displayed 
    2. Click in the input field Name
      → The input field is released for input
    3. Click on Icon on the Genres drop-down menu
      → A dropdown menu with genres opens 

      1. Click on one of the genres
        → The genre is selected; the dropdown menu closes
    4. Click on icon on dropdown menu Grid
      → A dropdown menu with the available grids opens 

      1. Click on an entry in the dropdown menu
        → The grid is selected; the dropdown menu closes
    5. Click on the icon on the Program Type dropdown menu
      1. → A dropdown menu with the available grids opens 
      2. Click on an entry
        → The program type is selected; the dropdown menu closes
    6. Click on the color wheel
      1. Click on the color wheel
        → The color picker opens
      2. Select a color range in the color band on the right in the color picker
      3. Click on a color in the color picker
        → The color is selected; the color picker closes
    7. Save/Cancel
      1. Click on
        → The dialog is no longer displayed; the updates are applied
      2. Click on
        → The dialog is no longer displayed; the updates are not applied
     
     

    Create a schematic plan

    1. Plan slots

    1. Click on a scheme in the side menu
      → The scheme is selected; the scheme plan consisting of slots is displayed in the plan area
    2. Click and hold one of the slots 
    3. Move the slot into the plan area and release the mouse button
      → The slot is created at the location in the plan 
     
     

    2. Delete slots

    1. Right-click on a slot
      → A context menu appears 
    2. Click on the Remove entry in the context menu
      → The slot is removed from the plan 
       
     
     

    3. Edit slots

    1. Click on a slot in the plan area
      → The slot is selected; circles appear at the top right and bottom left of the selected slot 
    2. Repositioning the slot
      1. Hold the mouse and move the slot to a desired position in the plan
      2. Release the mouse
        → The slot is scheduled
    3. Changing the start time of the slot
      1. Click and hold the top circle on the slot
      2. Move the mouse up
        → The start time of the slot is brought forward
      3. Move the mouse down
        → The start time of the slot is postponed
    4. Changing the end time of the slot
      1. Click and hold the bottom circle on the slot
      2. Move the mouse down
        → The end time of the slot is postponed
      3. Move the mouse up
        → The end time of the slot is moved forward
