Show schedule selection

With this button you can display or hide the scheduling sections in the currently opened program plan: In order to display these scheduling sections, you have to define these beforehand. This is done in the menu Tools > Edit schedule sections.

Calendar events

These buttons collaborate with the CreateCtrl Websuite. These buttons enable users to show or hide the column Events in the scheduling grid.

By clicking on the arrow  next to a button, you can open a dialog in which you can choose which of the available calendars should be displayed in the column Events. It is possible to select one or several calendars. The three buttons enable you to save three different settings and access them quickly by clicking on the respective button.

Narrow events

This option reduces the events to a smaller size. It makes sense to use this function in order to have a good view on the slot template in the background AND the scheduled events in the foreground.

Show all connectorsAll connectors (sequel and repeat connectors) within the program plan are displayed.

Show all connectors of slot chainActivate this button to show all connected slots of the currently selected slot - the entire slot chain will be shown.

Zoom 1, Zoom 2, Zoom 3

These three buttons with the dimension levels 1, 2 and 3 can be preset with three different zoom dimensions. The settings are kept even after terminating the Programmer. To preset the levels please move the controller in the hours- and days bar to a position which suits you in the displayed size of hours and days.

Fit schedule to windowThis button fits the current program plan window into the main Programmer view. This way all loaded days and hours will be represented in the view, thus showing all elements (a very large slot template of a month will be represented in a very form, a template of several days and hours will fit pretty well).

Center selection

Activating this option makes sense if you work in large program plans (e. g. a schedule of 3-4 weeks). If you zoom in or out of the plan the respectively selected element remains in the focus of the schedule.

Hours:You may adjust the size (zoom) of the current slot template by moving the hour controls to the required level. The control for the hours will reduce or enlarge your view on the vertical axis. You can also zoom in or out the Zoom mode on the tab Planning or by holding the [STRG] key and moving your mouse wheel.

Days:You may adjust the size (zoom) of the current slot template by moving the day controls to the required level. The control for days will reduce or enlarge your view on the horizontal axis. You can also zoom in or out the Zoom mode on the tab Planning or by holding the [STRG] key and moving your mouse wheel.
