3.4 Tab Scheduling Status
The tab Scheduling status in the data sources is opened for the respectively selected event, showing the scheduling history and broadcasts. The scheduling status also shows archived versions; however, these cannot be scheduled. Please select the desired event in the program schedule and select the option Show scheduling status in the right-mouse menu.

Follow selection | When this flag is activated, the scheduling status is updated automatically; it is not necessary to press the reload button. | |
Display starting | Please select the date via the calendar function starting from which you want to call the scheduling state for the selected event. | |
Colors all identical in the current schedule | Click this button if you need to highlight all events of the same version in the program schedule. | |
Updates the scheduling status from the database | Effects a reload from the database and from the current scheduling window the currently selected event. The listing of the scheduling status for a selected event in the program schedule only takes place if this icon is activated (thus showing a green reload arrow). A deactivated relaod-button will not update the scheduling status automatically; however, if the flag „Follow selection” is activated, updates are carried out automatically. | |
Shows changed events from the schedule | All unsaved changed of the program schedule will be taken over into the scheduling status on refreshing the data via this button. Only the current changes of the plan are taken into the list, yet a database reload will not be effected. | |
Shows the scheduling status alternatively in a channel comparison | Click this button, if you want to see the scheduling status of various alternative channels next to each other. You can compare all channels, for which you have the authorization, with this button. | |
Shows all program version of the selected program | Click this button, if you want to see the date fields of the first broadcast or the prior broadcast. Hence you can see the day of the first broadcast of the particular program version and its reruns. |
