The following article explains how to create and edit program and episode versions, with both functions applying the same dialog.
1 How to create and edit program and episode version
There is one dialog for both adding new versions and editing existing versions. Here is an overview of the different sections:

1.4.1 Define version information
First of all, version information can be defined.
1. Title: Providing the version with a title is mandatory to save it.
2. Version type: This is where the version type can be selected.
3. Reference number: The version can be given a reference number, as well.
4. Duration: It is also possible to set the duration of a version.
5. Language: Here, the language of the version is set.
6. Age rating: This field allows to determine the age rating.
NOTE
Contents appearing in drop-down menus, including version types, languages and age ratings are defined in the parameters.
If set as default, parameters will be preselected in the respective drop-down menus.
Parameters can be accessed and edited by users with administration rights. If you need more information, please contact your admin or our CreateCtrl support.
1.4.2 Add other version titles
It is also possible to add and specify additional version titles.
After clicking the Add title button (1), the version title can be specified regarding a title (2), title type (3), language (4) and visibility (5).
Once an additional version title has been added, it can be deleted by clicking the bin icon (6).
1.4.3 Add other reference numbers
There is also an option to add and specify additional reference numbers.
After clicking the Add number button (1), the reference number can be specified regarding the number itself (2) and the reference number type (3). Users can also write a comment (4) to leave additional information.
Additional reference numbers can be deleted by clicking the bin icon (5).
1.4.4 Add parental ratings
In order to provide parents with additional guidance, there is also a section for parental ratings.
By clicking the Add parental rating button (1), parental ratings can be specified regarding a variety of information, e. g. rating authority (2) and concrete age (3).
1.4.5 Add royalties
It is also possible to add royalites in the editing dialog of program versions.
By clicking the Add royalty button (1), royalties can be added and specified concerning a multitude of information, e. g. GEMA origin (2) and GEMA kind of usage (3).
1.4.6 Add media files and comments
Program versions can be provided with media files and comments. In addition, there are customer-specific attributes.
