The automatic planning can be used to automatically insert or remove elements in a predefined time range.

In order to create an automatic planning, navigate to the ribbon Plan and switch to Grid view by clicking the Grid view button and selecting Open Grid (for mor details see Grid view).

Click the create automatic planning button to launch the automatic planning dialog (for more details see Automatic planning dialog). After creating an automatic planning using the automatic planning dialog, switch to the ribbon Automatic planning . 

The Automatic planning page displays the proposed automatic planning in grid (left side) and plan view (right side). Click on the reject plan button to reject the proposed automatic planning. Similary click on the accept plan button to apply the proposed automatic planning.
