    tiles

The stories are arranged in tiles in the content area. Each individual tile represents a story.

Each story tile contains the following information:

1: a preview or placeholder image. As soon as the mouse pointer is within this thumbnail, three icons appear. They have the same functions as the buttons within a topic tile, e.g., in the Workspace tab , but related to the story. Clicking the pencil icon, for example, takes you to the story editing window . Also located here is the central Publish button, which you can use to do exactly this with your story.
2: the title of the topic,
3: the title of the story,
4: the status of the story,
5: the publication channel (as an icon, here for example: Instagram, also recognizable by the background color of the tile)
6: the editor of the story,
    7: the time of publication
    8: and the deadline.

    Edit story

Here you can now edit the story.

    Delete story

    1. Click the Delete icon (trash can symbol) in the thumbnail.
→ A security query for confirmation appears.

(Attention! If you change your mind, exit this security prompt by clicking the X in the top right corner of the pop-up.)
    2. Click the Delete button.
→ The story has been removed from the database.

    Publish story

    • Click Publish on the thumbnail.
→ If you're already logged in to the publishing channel, you'll see a confirmation message at the top of your browser window for a few seconds confirming that your story has been successfully published. The message will disappear automatically.

If you have not yet logged in to your account, please log in to the relevant platform as described under “ Publishing a story without prior registration ”.

    Go to another results page

    • Scroll forward or backward through the results pages by clicking on one of the arrows in the navigation field in the middle of the footer.
