    Copy column information for Word/Excel

    Each user can copy individual columns of a list in the results and details sections , and also in some other lists, for use in Word and Excel. This allows all the information in the column to be copied.

    Copy & paste column information

    Below you will find all the information on how to move information from a column to the clipboard.

    To copy the column information, proceed as follows:

    1. Right-click on the column header of the list you want to copy.
    2. Select Copy column (column name) to clipboard. 

      → All information in the selected column has been copied to the clipboard.
    3. Open Word or Excel.
    4. Paste the information using CTRL+V or via the respective context menu.
