This article explains how to copy items.
The procedure explained in the following article applies to the following Web Apps:
- License
- Content
- Programmer
- Planner
- Forecast
- Shield
Sport, VOD, Assets, Teamer, Topics, Campaign and Select do not include the option to copy items.
1 How to copy items
Items are copied via the context menu. This can be done either from the stock of the respective item type or from the Favorite or Folder tab (see the articles linked below). The procedure is always the same.
Via the context menu (1), items can be copied (2).
After clicking the Copy button, users will be asked to confirm the action or to deny it.
After copying the item, the corresponding editing dialog will be shown, where the item can be further edited.
The copied item (1) will appear in the stock of the respective item type and will be marked with the name of the original item plus “Copy”.
