    View events

The Teamer App serves to organize different types of events for channels. For this purpose, it is divided into three tabs, including Calendar, Events and Projects.

The Events tab in the Teamer app provides a dashboard-style view for monitoring all types of Teamer events and projects, which are displayed across multiple sections.

The Calendar tab, in turn, allows to create and schedule events into the calendar, while Projects are created and managed in the Projects tab:

Under Sections (1), there are various sections that all represent different event categories or data sources. Those categories can be shown or hidden and individually configured.

The view is time-based and can be navigated freely across any date range via the date and day pickers (2).

It is also possible to activate the edit mode (3), which allows to move the sections as desired.

    1 Global functions

The following chapters the describe features that are available across all sections in the Events tab, including projects and mutliple event types.

    1.1 Section visibility

Users can control which sections are visible in the main view. Each section can be toggled on or off individually.

The left sidebar lists all available event section categories under Sections (1). Each category is displayed with an eye icon that allows to control the corresponding section's visibility in the dashboard. The following section categories are available:

    • 2. Projects: This section allows to display or hide projects. Displayed projects include all active projects linked to the selected time period (see View projects).
    • 3. Current events: This is where all active events for the selected period are shown (see View current events).
    • 4. Channel events: Here, events asssociated with specific channels are displayed or hidden (see View channel events) .
    • 5. SmartSearch: This sections allows to display the SmartSearch section, which filters events based on configured SmartSearch filters (see Apply SmartSearch filters for events).
    • 6. Calendar: This section allows to display events associated with specific calendars (View calendar events).
    • 7. VOD Scheduling: Here, scheduled VOD content can be displayed or hidden. This can be useful, for example, to have an overview of linear programs that are also available on a VOD platform (see View VOD scheduling).

1.2 Editing, table view and dates selection

Each section that is made visible is displayed in the main area and supports specific configuration options. In addition, sections can be opened in a table view, with columns dedicated to each piece of information.

The following features are accessed the same way across all kinds of sections:

    • Editing
    • Expand (view data in table view)
    • Date and time period selection and display

The editing dialogs of the individual sections are acccesse via the edit button (1).

By clicking the Expand icon (2), the corresponding data is displayed in a table view.

There is a date picker and a drop-down selection (3) for the time period for all of the sections.

By clicking the expand button (1), a dialog opens where all the event or project data are displayed in a table view.

In this dialog, table settings can be modified via the plus icon (1), and the table can be exported as an Excel file.

The date can both be entered manually or be selected from the calendar (1).

There are buttons to move backward (2) and forward (3) by one year, and the Today button (4) allows to select the current date.

The time period can be selected from the drop-down menu (5) next to the date picker.

The year can be selected more specifically by clicking on it (e g. on 2024 like in the previous screenshot), leading to a dialog with year ranges

Users can move forward and backward in years in the individual sections by using the foward and backward arrows, as well.
