Folders are a great way to group assets together. They make them easy to find and provide instant access. You can create and delete them at any time.

Folders are available in both the “Inventory” and “Screening” sections.

Create folder

1. Switch to the folder area by selecting the folder icon in the left navigation bar
2. Click the Edit Folder icon
   → The Edit Folder dialog is displayed
3. Click on
4. Enter a name and select a type
5. Click on to create the folder or on to cancel the process

Select folder and add/remove assets

1. Switch to the folder area and open the Edit Folder dialog (see Create Folder )
2. Click on the eye icon
   → Folder with the orange eye symbol are visible
   → Folder with the crossed-out eye symbol are not visible
3. Close the dialog by clicking on
4. Click on the folder in the folder area
   → The included assets are displayed
