1 How to execute jobs and exports

This chapter provides an explanation of how jobs and exports are executed.

The job log (4), the section on the right hand side, provides an overview of the executed jobs and exports.

A job or export can be marked and unmarked as a favorite by clicking the star icon (1). When marked as a favorite, it will appear at the top of the list.

The search bar (2) at the top allows to search specific jobs or exports.

Before execution, date (3), time (4) and service (5) have to be set.

Finally, the job or export can be executed by clicking the Execute button (6).

After execution, the files generated by the job or export can be downloaded. If there is only one file, it can be downloaded by clicking the download icon (7) on the right. If several files are generated, they are downloaded via the Download all button (8).
