Assets can be searched with a scanner. On searching an asset by scan you need to activate a result signalling in the options of the CE (see 1.6 Options and Program Options). A positive beep tone (two high tones) will indicate, that an asset has been found. A negative beep tone (one long low tone) indicates that no asset could be found.

On scanning the assets all results are listed in the main search result window of the CE. All results have a fix flag so that they do not disappear from the list with the next scan result.
