Some countries have a certain limit of commercial duration per hour. However, the hour does not have to start at x:00, but can start later, like x:15. The first minute, which does not cause a commercial-length-per-hour-error, is called the perfect minute.
In Germany, the allowed length of commercials is 12 minutes per hour. If you need a different maximum commercial length, please contact support@createctrl.com.
