Relations to different types of items can be managed in the Relations tab based on programs, series and sequences, including:
- Relations of programs (including episodes of a series) to contracts, licenses, windows, assets, versions, series, seasons, trailers, persons and texts
- Relations of series to assets, programs, seasons, texts, persons and licenses
- Relations of sequences to versions and texts

The Relations tab (1) is located between the Promos and Connect tab and contains various sections, including:
2. Drop-down menu: This is where the basis to view the relations from can be selected between programs, series and sequences.
3. Search and filter bar: see Search, sort and filter items.
4. Overview table: This table provides an overview based on the selection in the drop-down menu (2).
5. Number of contents per page: Here, the number of contents to be displayed on one page can be selected (Select number of items and page).
6. Page selection: This is where the page of the overview table can be selected (Select number of items and page).

This chapter exemplifies how relations are managed based on programs, series and sequences.

First, either programs (1), series (2) or sequences (3) have to be selected a basis for the relations to be displayed.

By ticking the checkbox (framed), a content can be selected.
By clicking the Show relations button (1), the related item (2) is selected.
NOTE
It is both possible to select multiple programs, series or sequences as a basis and multiple related types of items. There will be an example with multiple selections in the following.
Programs also include episodes of a series, while they do not include individual program or episode versions.
Note that persons include both persons and companies.

The related item type (1) will appear next to the drop-down menu. In order to apply it, it has to be clicked on.

Now the corresponding items are displayed. In this example, all the persons associated with the selected program.

There are two ways to return the overview of all basis items (programs, series or sequences):
- By clicking the x button (1), the related item type is deselected.
- By clicking the drop-down menu (2), where the basis item was selected.
In the following example, multiple programs and multiple types of related items are selected:

By ticking the two checkboxes (framed), the programs are selected. Both persons (1) and texts (2) are selected as related items in this example.

Note that the related items can be viewed separately by clicking the corresponding buttons, e. g. texts (1)
The licenses or programs are numbered in the order of the selected programs they are included in. In this case, only one of the contents contains texts.
2 How to manage items from the overview table
From the overview table, programs, series and sequences can be edited and added to folders and favorites.

By clicking the context menu (1), the selected item can be edited (2).
Clicking the edit button (2) leads to the corresponding editing dialogs of programs, series and sequences.

An alternative way to open the corresponding editing dialog is to select the item by ticking the checkbox (framed) and click the Open details button (1).
