Templates define what data are displayed for events and projects in the Teamer app. They determine which fields (data) are shown in both the tooltip and the full event or project view. Templates are configured in the app settings and can be set individually for planning calendars, events, and projects.

Since templates are configured in the app settings, said app settings have to be accessed first.

To access the app settings, the profile icon (1) in the upper right corner of the Teamer app has to be clicked. In the menu that opens, App settings (2) leads to the configuration page for templates.

In the app settings, templates are configured in the Calendar tab (1), which is accessed via the left-side menu.

The default calendar for the selected section can be set via the Set default calendar drop-down (2). 

Under Template (3), the template to modify is selected. Its name can be edited in the field next to the drop-down menu, and it can be set as default by ticking the checkbox so that it will be preslected in the corresponding drop-down menus.

The Planning calendar section (4) allows to manage what data fields are shown for planning events in the planning calendar. For each field, it is possible to define individually whether it appears in the tooltip, event or in both by ticking the checkboxes. 

The Preview section (5) shows a live preview of the tooltip view, while the Event section (6) shows the full event view with the currently selected fields.

In addtiion to the Planning calendar section, there is the Events (1) and Projects section (2).

The Events section lists all fields that can be configured for event display outside of the planning calendar, while the Projects section allows to configure the fields view of projects.

Here, the Template configuration works exactly like for event in the planning calendar (see previous screenshot).
