    Update Window

    Show details

    1. Select a window by clicking in the checkbox on the window.
    2. Click on the Actions button
      → A dropdown with the possible actions is displayed.
    3. Click Update Selected Windows.
      → the Edit Window wizard is displayed.
      1. Update platform
        Select a new platform
      2. Update source channel
        Select a new source channel
      3. Update start date/time
        1. Click on the calendar icon and select a new start date from the date picker
        2. Enter a new start time
      4. Update end date/time
        1. Click on the calendar icon and select a new end date from the date picker
        2. Enter a new end time
      5. Update preorder date
        1. Click the checkbox Preorder
        2. Click on the calendar icon and select a new preorder date from the date picker
        3. Enter a new time
      6. Select the desired frame from the Select Frames dropdown
      7. Select the desired row (Optional)
      8. Update window type
        1. Click the checkbox Change your window type
        2. Click on the Window Type
      9. Update playout format
        1. Click the checkbox Change your playout format
        2. Click on the new playout format
      10. Update price category
        1. Click the checkbox Change your price category
        2. Select the price category
      11. Click on to proceed to the control window.
    4. Control window
      The control panel lists the windows that are being updated.
      1. Click the checkbox on the listed windows if you want to deselect them. 
      2. Click on to prepare the update.
      3. Click on to perform the update.

    1. Select multiple windows by clicking in the checkbox on the window or select all windows by clicking in the checkbox Select all displayed windows .
    2. Click on the Actions button
      → A dropdown with the possible actions is displayed.
    3. Click Update Selected Windows.
      → The Update Multiple Windows Wizard is displayed.
      1. Update platform
        Click the checkbox Change your distribution channel and select a new platform
      2. Update source channel
        Click the checkbox Change your source channel and select a new source channel
      3. Update start date/time
        1. Click the checkbox Change start date/time
        2. Click on the calendar icon and select a new start date from the date picker
        3. Enter a new start time
      4. Update end date/time
        1. Click the checkbox Change End Date/Time
        2. Click on the calendar icon and select a new end date from the date picker
        3. Enter a new end time
      5. Update preorder date
        1. Click the checkbox Change the Preorder Date
        2. Click on the calendar icon and select a new preorder date from the date picker
        3. Enter a new time
      6. Update playout format
        1. Click the checkbox Change your playout format
        2. Click on the new playout format
      7. Update price category
        1. Click the checkbox Change your price category
        2. Select the price category
      8. Update window type
        1. Click the checkbox Change your window type
        2. Click on the Window Type
      9. Click on to proceed to the control window.
