9 Folders

You can gather files in different folders in the ContentExplorer as well as other applications of the CreateCtrl Suite. There are private, external, public and group folders.

The advantage is, that you can assemble different kinds of content in user specific lists. You can edit this content afterwards and share your folders with other users or user groups. For example, if you create a folder for scheduling versions in ContentExplorer, you can share it with the material department for further editing and share it with the programmers for scheduling of special events later.

Single elements can be deleted, even when they are still linked in a folder. The link between the element and the folder will also be deleted. The owner of the folder will be notified about the deletion of the element.
