    Plan

    In the plan tabs, campaigns can be planned manually or by using automation mechanisms (see Grid view). 

    Plan calendar

    The calendar plan shows campaigns planning's for a selected channel, starting date and time period. 

    Start by selecting a channel from the dropdown menu in the plan calendar header.

    Next choose a starting date using the calendar picker and a time period e.g. Two days. 

    In the plan calendar the programs (left aligned) have gaps where campaigns (right aligned) are planned. 

    This view can be switched to a single column list view by clicking the button (and back by clicking the same button again). 

    Each planning day may have gaps or time overlaps. The button gives the option to show the Remaining times menu in either the same browser tab or a new tab.

    Rules about how campaigns can be planned can be outlined and applied using the rule sets (see Rule set management). To modify, delete a rule set click the button. Activate the selected rule set from the rule set editor by setting it active in the header.

    Open the Quick-settings (by clicking the button) to apply plan specific settings. 

    To open grid view use the button. The grid view allows to specify how many times a content element is supposed to be planned in a given time frame (see Grid view).

    Left Side menu

    The side menu contains the campaign list in the media plan elements and the schedule assistant. Make use of the desired functionality by clicking the related button or hide the side menu by clicking the button.

    Media plan elements

    For manual planning click the button in the side menu. Elements are either marked red (no campaign content available) or green (campaign content available). Drag and drop available content into the desired position. To search for a specific element type a search term in the search field and press the button. Click the button to sort the elements ascendingly or descendingly.

    Remaining times

    In the remaining times dialog, for each hour the remaining time and time errors are displayed(see Remaining times for more details).

    Grid view

    For each trailer the current number of schedule occurences is compared against a user defined number of plannings. The element is marked green if both match. In case they do not match a red indicator signals a missmatch.  Additionally the time sum from all plannings is compared to the expected time sum.

    Schedule assistant

    The schedule assistant lists the scheduled content in the side menu. For mor details see Scheduling Assistant.

    Rule set management

    Rule sets can be used to generate warnings if a content planning is in violation with one of the active rules. For more details see Rule set management.

    Quick-settings

    This dialog allows to alter plan specific settings. For more details see Quick settings.

    Trailer switch dialog

    This dialog allows the replacement of trailers. For more details see Trailer switch menu.
