While descriptions, texts, comments, documents are the same for contracts, licenses and windows (see related articles), attributes are configured customer-specific. Thus, this article covers all functions except for defining attributes.

The functions are divided into individual tabs:
1. Description
2. Documents
3. Text
4. Comments
5. Attributes
1 How to add a description
Users can leave a short description about the contract.

The description can be typed into the field.
2 How to add texts
It is also possible to add different types of text in different languages.

Texts are added by clicking the Add texts button (1).

After clicking this button, a dialog opens where the type of text (1) and language (2) can be selected using drop down menus. The description (3) can be entered below. The Save button (4) is active as soon as one of the parameters is set.
NOTE
All contents appearing in drop-down menus, including text types and languages are defined in the parameters.
If set as default, parameters will be preselected in the respective drop-down menus.
Parameters can be accessed and edited by users with administration rights. If you need more information, please contact your admin or our CreateCtrl support.

After text has been created, it will appear in a list along with the other texts, given additional texts have been created.
From the context menu (1), it can be edited (2) or deleted (3). By clicking the edit button (2), the dialog for creating text, shown previously, will open.
By clicking Add texts (4), new texts can be added, also leading to the previously shown dialog.
3 How to add comments
Another option is to add comments.

Comments can be added by clicking Add comment (1).
Then, the comment can be typed in into the text field (2).
By clicking the Send button (3), the comment is saved.

Comments can be deleted via the context menu (1) by clicking Delete message (2).
If there are several comments, they can be viewed by clicking See more comments (3).
4 How to add documents
Another function is to upload documents. This can be done two ways.

Documents can either be added from the file explorer by clicking Add document or by drag and drop.
