    Define sport type, competitions and competitors. Use the data to create sport programs.

    Work Flow

    The goal is to create a sport program from sport data. The following list outlines each step of the work flow and the tasks at hand.

    Common Filters

    Filters break down your stock into thematic parts, more easy to search. Saving filters reduces redundant search configurations.

    Common Filters Overview

    Main Filter

    		 Vertical Menu Bar
    • The filter can be deactivated
    • Click on 'Activate filter' text  
      → The filter bar extends offering filter options
    • All filter options are made available on clicking 'Add conditions' button
    • Different combinations of conditions are possible
    • To save configured filters click on dropdown menu at 'My Filters' and select ‘Save Filter as’
    • All filter options are reset on clicking 'Reset' text

    Click on 'Deactivate filter' text  
    → The filter bar closes and all filter conditons are removed from the stock

    My Filter

    		 Vertical Menu Bar
    • The filter can be deactivated
    • Click on 'Activate filter' text  
      → The filter bar extends offering filter options 

     
    • To save configured filters click on 'My Filters' drop-down menu and select 'Save Filter as'
    • Apply saved filter by selecting a filter at 'My Filters' drop-down menu

    'My Filters' are being deactivated on clicking 'Reset' text
     
     

    Sport Filters

    Besides the common filters, there are filters for sport type, competition and competitor.

    Sport Type Filter

    Side menu 'competitions' and 'competitors'
    • Filter is always visible
    • Selecting a sport type activates the filter
    • Active filters have an orange outline
    • Filters by sport type
    • All previously defined sport types (see stock of sport type) are listed with the sport type filter
    • The listed sport types can be customized via cog wheel symbol
    		Clicking on the selected sport type again deselects the filter. The orange outline disappears.

    Competitor Filter

    Next to search field: 'competitors'
    • The filter is always visible in 'Competitors' section
    • The filter is always active and can be toggled
    • The active filter is orange

    Sorts competitor stock: team or single

    		 The filter is always active.

    Season Filter for Competitions

    		 Next to search field: 'Competitions'

    The filter is always visible in 'Competitions' section

    Sorts competition stock by season

    		 On selecting 'all seasons' the filter is inactive.
     
     

    Sport Types

    Sport types are customized and set to serve as basis for the creation of competitions and competitors. They are also preconditon for the creation of sport programs. 

    Create Sport Type

    1. Click on 'Create New Sport' button  
      → Screen for editing opens
    2. Define sport type information (→ see 'Details')
    3. Save changes via 'Save' button at upper task bar task bar  
      → Sport type is listed in stock

    Activate listed information about competitions via toggle

    Competitions

    Competitions are customized and set to serve as basis for the creation of sport programs. In order to feature competition data in a sport program competitors need to be set up. (→ see 'Create Competitor').

    Create Competition

    1. Click on 'Create New Competition' button  
      → Screen for editing opens
    2. Set information in 'General' tab (→ see 'Details')
    3. Move to 'Season' tab
    4. Click on search field  
      → Drop-down menu appears
    5. Click on a listed season for selection  
      → Season appears with an orange outline
    6. Adjust start and ending date or enter number of competition days
    7. Set details in 'Season' tab → (see 'Competition Details') 
      Season details are first set up in settings. There, options for 'Category', 'Phase', 'Type' are being customized. (→ see 'Getting Started')
    8. Move to 'Competitor' tab
    9. Click on plus symbol in the icon of competitor to make a selection 
      → Competitor is listed in 'Competitor' field below
    10. Save changes via 'Safe' button at upper task bar
      → Competition is created and appears in competiton stock

    Competitors

    Create Team and single athlete information to connect it with competiton data.

    Create Competitor

    1. Click on 'Create New Competitor' button
      → Screen for editing opens
    2. Select 'Teams' or 'Single'
    3. Set up information in 'General' tab 
      → see 'Competitor Details'
    4. Move to 'Competition' tab
    5. Click on plus symbol inside competition symbol to make a selection
      → The selected competition appears in 'Competition' section below
    6. Move to 'Competitor' tab
    7. For Teams: Click on plus inside competitor symbol to make a selection
      → The selected competitor appears in 'Competitor' section below
    8. Save changes via 'Save' button at upper task bar
      → The competitor is being created and appears in competitor stock

    Activate listed information about competitions via toggle

    Delete Team Member

    1. Go to ‘Sport’
    2. Select ' Competitors' in the side menu
    3. Filter stock by toggling teams
    4. Click on pen icon in preview of team  
      → Editing window opens
    5. Move to 'Competitors' tab
    6. Scroll down to 'Team Member' section
    7. Click on cross symbol in icon of team member to be removed 
      → The team member is removed from selection

    Edit team to delete member

    Edit Sport Data

    1. Go to ‘Sport’
    2. Select side menu option
    3. Click on pen icon in preview
      → Editing window opens
    4. Set up details → see 'Details'
    5. Save changes by clicking on 'Save' button in upper task bar

    1. Go to ‘Sport’
    2. Select side menu option
    3. To delete data from stock, click on bin icon
    4. → Dialog window opens to confirm deletion
    5. Confirm deletion by clicking on 'Delete' button
