The story tiles in the Channels tab offer you a variety of information and interaction options. The most important of these is the ability to publish the story directly. Hovering your mouse over the thumbnail allows you to initiate the publishing process with a single click.
Publish Twitter story without prior registration
You don't need to log in again before each post. Topics does it for you.
However, you must log in to Twitter once:
- Click Publish on the thumbnail.
→ If you have not yet logged in to Twitter, the Twitter authorization and login window will open in a new browser window.
In the Twitter login window, log in with your Twitter login credentials and grant Topics access to your Twitter account. - Enter your Twitter username and password in the appropriate text input fields.
- Click the Authorize App button.
→ You will receive a confirmation message from CreateCtrl WebSuite that you are now logged in to Twitter and your story is being published. - Close the separate browser window.
→ You'll see a confirmation message at the top of your browser window for a few seconds confirming that your story has been successfully published. The message will disappear automatically.
→ The story status has been changed to “Published.”
You can log in to your social media profiles in the Channels tab independently of publishing in the calendar view.
Publish Twitter story after registration
If you are already logged in to Twitter and have already connected topics to Twitter, you can publish your story with just one click on the thumbnail on Publish .
You can tell whether you're currently logged in to Twitter by looking at your profile name below the Twitter logo. The Login button has changed to Logout .
- Click Publish on the story thumbnail.
→ You'll see a confirmation message at the top of your browser window for a few seconds confirming that your story has been successfully published. The message will disappear automatically.
→ The story status has been changed to “Published.”
