Both contracts, licences and windows for content are managed in the License App. Thus, these three topics form the main topics of the documentation, along with jobs and exports.
Contracts represent the relation between body corporates in all stages of proceeding. Contracts include licences for content, with licences presenting the commercial basis of the scheduling process as they determine how often content may be scheduled and broadcast (linear content) or how long content is available for streaming (VOD content). A window, on the other hand, is a time period subordinate to a license.

Furthermore, the following features are available in the License App:

- Dashboard: In the Dashboard tab, there is an overview of recently edited or created contracts and licenses and contracts most recently added favorites. From here, the named items can be managed (see Dashboard tab).
- Rights: This tab provides an overview of the inclusion of content rights in contracts, licenses and windows (see Rights tab).
- Relations: Here, users can see the connection of contracts, licenses and windows with programs, series texts, persons, assets etc. (see Relations tab).
- Analysis: Here, the availablity of licenses can be checked for specific content, regions, time periods etc (see Analysis).
- Forms: Here, customer-specific forms can be integrated.
- Accounting: This tab allows to perform all steps involved in the booking process of licenses (see Accounting).
