The Listing tab allows to filter for program versions scheduled on a specific channel during a specific time span.

    1 Find specific program versions

First of all, there is an explanation of the different search, sort and filter features to find particular program versions.

Here is an overview of the different features:

    1. In these fields, the channel, date and time span for the program version to be listed can be selected.
    2. Another option to search a program version is to enter it into the search bar (2), where it can also be sorted (see Search and sort items)
    3. On the right-hand side, program versions can also be filtered.
    4. Users can choose between different views to display the content, including a title, list and compact view (see Title and List view)
    5. The program versions found here can be edited if need. This is done by opening the context menu and clicking the edit version button (5), which leads to the editing dialog of program versions in the Content App (see Create and edit program versions).

3 Export program lists as CSV files

The list of program versions can be exported as CSV files. In this process, users can determine how much of the list they want to export.

By ticking Select displayed content (1) and clicking the Actions button (2), there is a variety of options to choose from:

    • 3. Export all as CSV
