New campaigns are created by entering general, content specific and environment specifig informations. Click the button after each step or discard changes by clicking in the warning box. 

General

The General area contains the general campaign data, information about references and trailer block rules and comments. 

Content

The content tab lists all of the promo elements (trailers, commercials, design elements, or secondary elements) associated with a campaign. These are planneable the elements of a campaign. The content tab gives an overview of all added promo elements in the top half (1) and their assosicated promo element instances at the bottom (2) (see assosicated promo element). The promo elements can also be configured to influence the automatic planning process(see Automatic planning  for more details).

In order to add a promo content element click the button to open the Add content menu.

First select the period of use according to the period of use of the campaign and search for content either manually or via the search field. Select the content by checking its checkbox on the left hand side and add your selection by clicking the button.

Assosicated promo element

Each promo element has by default 1 associated promo element - itself. If planned one promo element is planned at its place. However if multiple promo elements are supposed to be planned as a group, multiple promo elements can be added in the list of associated promo elements. 

Click a promo element in the list in the top half of the content tab to select it. As a result all associated promo elements are displayed  in the bottom list.

Click the button at the end of the line of an associated promo element to remove it, or click the button to add a promo element.

Environment

In the Environment area, links to content or genres can be stored that can be used in automatic campaign planning (see Automatic planning for more details).
