To edit an existing trailer version, you can search for it first.

In the dialog Edit trailer version, there are the following tabs:

Creating and Editing Trailer Versions

Trailer version cannot stand alone but are always assign to a super ordinate basic trailer. Only the trailer versions of a trailer can be scheduled in the Planner as promotion elements, provided they are released for scheduling. The trailer versions of a trailer can differ in utilization time, channel affiliation, parental rating, assets and materials.

Optionally you can start your editing of a trailer version in various ways:

• Search and open the basic trailer which you want to link with the trailer version. Assign the trailer version: see 7.1.1 Tab General
• Select the option Promotion >  Create new trailer version for a completely new trailer version in the header. (This option is only activated if any trailer version is selected in one of the lists).
• Select the option Create new trailer version in the search area under the tab Content > Trailer via the context menu of the right mouse.

→ A new dialog Edit trailer version opens. Here you can enter the version data AND the basic trailer.
